Summary Colleen Smiley, an award winning event planner and owner of Creative Celebrations Mount Vernon, WA, replied to an email I had sent her in which I introduced myself and service. In addition to other weddings and events she had going, her daughter was getting married and thought that a special custom song for them would be great.
